Sheila is ready to welcome you to her charming 18th-century bed and breakfast with its spacious, tastefully furnished rooms and comforting log fires. There are two luxurious ensuite rooms available, one double and one twin. See 2008 Prices and our Winter/Spring breaks offer.

Breakfast is a choice of light continental style, or full Scottish breakfast, all made with local produce as far as possible:

• Fresh farm eggs
• Fresh fish from Eyemouth or Teviot Smokery
• Home cured local bacon
• Home made bread, potato cakes
• Home made cereal with organic ingredients
• Home made preserves with local strawberries etc
• Local porridge oats and oatcakes
• Scottish butter
• Scottish delicacies such as kippers, smoked haddock, and fried herrings when available.

Guests are made to feel relaxed and comfortable. Everything is delivered to a high standard:

• Sheets and towels are of top quality cotton and linen.
• Tea and home baked scones and biscuits will be offered on arrival.
• Bath oils and soaps are hand made in the Scottish Borders.
• Fresh flowers and up to date magazines are provided.

Nisbet House bed and breakfast provides a wonderful setting from which to explore the Scottish Borders and has a four-star rating awarded by the Scottish Tourist Board. It has also been selected by and included within "Scotlands Best B&Bs".
